RATES and TERMS

IMPORTANT NOTE: the rate mentioned below are for live musicians only, no sound system included. You may rent a sound system that you know or we can recommend you one.

STANDARD PACKAGE RATES 

(inclusive of transportation already) 


Ceremony or Reception only

TRIO  (keyboard, violin, cello)           -  P10,000 

QUARTET (keyboard, violin, cello, 1 male/female singer) -  P13,000  

QUINTET  (keyboard, violin, cello, 2 singers (male & female)   -  P16,000

*plus P2,000 when you add another instrument like saxophone, flute or drums

                    

Two Sets/Venues (Church & Reception)

TRIO  (keyboard, violin, cello)           -  P13,000

QUARTET (keyboard, violin, cello, 1 male/female singer) -  P15,000

QUINTET  (keyboard, violin, cello, 2 singers (male & female)   -  P18,000

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Each musician needs microphone with stand. This is to be worked out with the sound system operators. A good live musicians must have a nice sound system too.

2. At least P3,000 downpayment is required to reserve the date,  which is due upon agreement of this contract. You can pay through bank deposit or through meet ups.

3. Clients are not yet reserved for the event until the downpayment is made. Balance is payable before or on the day of the event.

4. In the event that the occasion is cancelled, downpayment/reservation fee is not refundable.

5. Transaction maybe through email/online, phones, or meet ups as to music selections and other details.

6. Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

7. Clients may send 3-5 requested songs for free.

8. Meals shall be provided for the musicians by the clients at the reception.

9. Songs & Other details are discussed during meet ups or through email exchanges.
